Geotech unveils the new BIOGAS 3000

Geotech continues to ensure reliability and accuracy with the new BIOGAS 3000

Geotech’s new fixed gas analysis system, the BIOGAS 3000, primarily for the Anaerobic Digestion (AD) biogas and bio-methane upgrading market has been designed to enable site operations to maximise gas production yield and protect expensive capital equipment from the damaging contaminant gases contained within the production process.

Key to this is building on Geotech’s reputation for accuracy, reliability and world class customer service and support, resulting in improved performance capabilities on previous models.

The introduction of the new fixed system marks another milestone for Geotech, a global leading manufacturer and supplier of gas analysis technology as it diversifies its product offering to suit the growing needs of its customers in over 60 countries across the world.

The BIOGAS 3000 is a next generation fixed analyser that offers optimal continuous monitoring of the gas production process, utilising up to four sample points assessing CH4, CO2,O2, H2S and H2 levels.  This forms part of the overall AD solution provided by Geotech in conjunction with a range of portable gas analysers. The BIOGAS 3000 design builds on previous analyser strengths and incorporates easy installation in under four hours with full on-site maintenance of all parts. Alongside this careful consideration has been given to the varied environments in which the analyser will be installed around the world, with specific protection designed in to deal with extreme weather conditions and also moisture created in the gas stream.

Other key benefits include:

  • Zero operational downtime for servicing
  • Minimal through-life costs with extended warranty service packs
  • Ease of operation, integration and installation
  • Operational within hazardous areas
  • Local support for peace of mind
  • Product reliability and longevity
  • Customisable to site requirements

The BIOGAS 3000 is certified to both ATEX and IECEx Zone 2 and is equipped with a multi-faceted alarm system for early warning awareness.

Geotech provide best in class after sale support services including training webinars and technical support, to ensure customers get the best from the new in BIOGAS 3000 system.
