The Appliance Of Science: ENVIRO Technology Launches State Of The Art Greenhouse Gas Monitors

Air quality monitoring specialists, Enviro Technology, have made their first foray into the highly specialist field of scientific instrumentation with the launch of a range of cutting-edge technologies aimed at atmospheric scientists and climate change researchers.

Enviro Technology's new range of state of the art Los Gatos Research (LGR) Gas Analysers are specially designed, highly advanced air monitoring instruments to precisely measure and analyse climate change and are ideally suited for scientific and research applications.

The LGR Greenhouse Gas Analyser is the world's most advanced instrument for taking simultaneous measurements of methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapour (H2O).

Based on the fourth generation of cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS), a highly sensitive optical spectroscopic technique for accurately measuring gas samples, the new LGR analysers use off-axis integrated cavity output spectroscopy (ICOS).

The LGR Off-axis ICOS analysers measure a wide range of gases and can be used for many different applications. The benefits include:
