ABB ACQ810 - Multi-pump Control
Multi-pump control is a built in feature of ABB industrial drives. It is used to control flow rate within pumps running in parallel and helps to reduce energy costs. Within certain pump applications, additional head or flow rate capacity is needed at certain times to deal with large fluid volumes. Increasing the size of the pump within these situations is not cost effective because the pump is then vastly oversized and inefficient during normal flow requirements.
