Can Selfridges make conservation fashionable?

I think it's really interesting (and I mean that in a good way) that what most of us think of as an iconic fashion retailer today launched its own marine conservation programme. They are billing it as retail activism . . . it's certainly more than retail therapy, looking like a serious campaign that goes beyond sustainable sourcing policies for the fish they sell. I'm impressed - I didn't know Selfridges were into this kind of thing - well done!
